“DIGITAL UP” is a project dedicated to awareness, continuous training and finding viable solutions for the SCALE-UP of any business.
Among the topics addressed will be found:
- the problems and challenges faced by the entrepreneurial environment, in the context of digitization, identified through the lens of the labor market, and not only,
- highlighting the principles of development, with an emphasis at the community level,
- digital solutions for increasing the degree of performance,
- strategies for reducing the effects caused by the low level of competitiveness,
- stimulating the adaptability of employees and employers to change,
- facilitating the adaptation of SME activities to global requirements, through digitalization.
