Kvinner I Business, KiB, was established in 2011 as a result of a merger between two professional women´s networks, who decided to join forces to be able to increase influence in the community and to influence business conditions and support women running their own businesses. The networks main purpose is to share competence and experience and provide inspiration, business opportunities, professional support and expertise to develop and run businesses. Now the network has more than 200 members running competitive and strong businesses. Kvinner in business are an expert partner in the Wingate project. I have been the President since the start of the organization in 2011.
About Wingate:
Together with Marit Silseth I was introduced to Wingate in 2018. We met with representatives for Wingate in Oslo. We found it very exciting to help female entrepreneurs in Hungary, Romania, Serbia and Moldova. Kvinner in Business are very proud to be an expert partner in Wingate and contribute with our knowledge and experience from Norway, and also learning from the other partners in the project. It is very important to support female entrepreneurs with knowledge, tools, and also role models.
