Women Entrepreneurs Section was established in November 2022 within the framework of the National Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers (VOSZ), founding enterprises of which represent tens of billions of HUF in net sales in the Hungarian economy. The Honorary President of the Section is Mrs. Lídia Sándorné Demján, the President is Zsuzsanna Lakatosné Lukács, Managing Director of the SEED Foundation co-founded by VOSZ, and the Co-President is Zsuzsanna Gláser-Katona, Managing Director of Brand Way&Compass Kft.
The section aims to represent the interests of female businesses and female managers, provide information, educate, mentor, and build a community. The section is unique and pioneering at the same time, because it establishes a unified platform that unites the entire female entrepreneurship world and is able to represent the interests of female entrepreneurs as an umbrella organization, to unite and channel their needs continuously to domestic and international decision-making levels. Its complex activities is carried out nationally, on the one hand with a territorial focus through county- wide women’s entrepreneurial groups, and on the other hand, in a horizontal manner, under the leadership of competence-based managers in the following priority areas:

• Community building
• Service platform
• Sustainability
• Digitization and innovation
• Financing
• Press relations and PR activities
• International relations
• Relations with state institutions affecting women's businesses
• Main tasks affecting female businesses and female managers, e.g. workplace conflict
management, family-friendly workplaces, well-being, equal opportunities
• Generation change, generation retention
• Artificial Intelligence
