Kvinner I Business, KiB, was established in 2011 as a result of a merger between two professional women´s networks, who decided to join forces to be able to increase influence in the community and to influence business conditions and support women running their own businesses. The networks main purpose is to share competence and experience and provide inspiration, business opportunities, professional support and expertise to develop and run businesses. Now the network has more than 200 members running competitive and strong businesses. Kvinner in business are an expert partner in the Wingate project. I am an experienced consultant working with organizational development including strategy processes, change management, executive/leadership coaching and leadership development/training programs. Dedicated to anchor all processes in the overall vision, values, strategy and goals of the organization.
About Wingate:
The Wingate project, which aim is to increase the number of female entrepreneurs and investors in Central Europe, has given me a lot of learning about the other partners culture and the challenge of female entrepreneurs in these countries. Even though Kvinner I Business is expert partners in the project and that Norway is among top three countries when It comes to even opportunities for women and men in business, we share many of the same situations regarding female entrepreneurs and investors. The project has increased my awareness of the importance of working cross border to minimize the differences between women and men in these fields.
