My name is Bernadett Heintz, I am a career counsellor, founder of Blijwerken, Happy@Work consultancy and I am the country manager for Hungary of Bites & Business, a Dutch networking organisation for female entrepreneurs.
As a career counsellor, I specialise in transition coaching. I work with people who are going through a major transition, such as a change of career, moving abroad, or ending their career.
I moved to the Netherlands in 2017. I learned Dutch in four months and got a job at the University of Groningen. I graduated as a career counsellor at the VistaNova coaching and leadership training institute in Amersfoort, the Netherlands. I did my internship at Noorderlink, an HR-network organisation, where I conducted research on Diversity and Inclusion in 41 companies in three northern provinces of the Netherlands.
I am currently commuting between Budapest and Groningen and my goal is to connect female entrepreneurs from both countries (NL-HU). I am convinced that we have a lot of knowledge, experience and good practices to share. The platform for this activity is the Bites&Business networking organisation, which we launched in Hungary in 2024.
